Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist with managing day-to-day store activities, developing operational plans, and fostering team growth and development. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring store performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise products effectively.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
• Ability to operate relevant store equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
