Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and implementing action plans to optimize store performance. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a positive customer experience, training and developing the team, managing inventory, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and provide product feedback.
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
