Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain neat merchandise displays, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
