Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations, managing schedules, and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service and maximize sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to optimize store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities and provide coaching to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while upholding store standards.
• Monitor inventory, product quality, and customer service levels.
• Supervise store personnel, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper stock levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers, equipment, and perform general store duties.
• Knowledge of inventory procedures, product merchandising, and customer service best practices.
