Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
- Stock merchandise neatly on shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
- Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store operation.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
