Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
  • Stock merchandise neatly on shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store operation.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
