Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision.
• Assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product issues.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient cash register operation abilities.
• Knowledge of operating equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous retail work experience is a plus.
