Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers and ensure an excellent shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute to inventory management and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
