Job Description - Customer Service and Stock Specialist
We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, stocking products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism in all tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide outstanding service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Comply with all company policies, maintain security, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
- Ability to safely use equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Compliance with state and local regulations related to alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
