Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stock management, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines.
  • Assist customers with shopping, perform cashier duties, and maintain clean store appearance.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback on products, and uphold cash handling policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate cash registers.
  • Skilled in using equipment like electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
