Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, operating cash registers, and ensuring the store is organized and well-stocked.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
