Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well stocked, and maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and take part in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Work well independently and within a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
