Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stock management.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of using store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
