Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stock management.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Capable of using store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
