Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Collaborating with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Aldi's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
  • Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
  • Contribute to inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and polite customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail is a plus.
