Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for customer interactions, stocking shelves, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. standards in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
  • Perform physical tasks including stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
