We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
