Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering, cleaning, and stocking duties efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash management policies to minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register and store equipment effectively.
- Interpret and apply company policies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
