Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering, cleaning, and stocking duties efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash management policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register and store equipment effectively.
  • Interpret and apply company policies.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
