Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages as per state and local requirements.
