We are looking for a motivated and experienced District Manager to join ALDI in managing the operations of multiple stores in the Greater Watertown NY Region. As a key leader, you will drive sales growth, supervise employees, and ensure operational excellence within your assigned district. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise up to six stores to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.

Requirements
