Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
