Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking and merchandising products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
