Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, customers are assisted, and the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized store shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and follow cleaning standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures and operate store equipment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
