Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include handling merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to create a pleasant shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Offer excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.
• Follow company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet all state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
