Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members according to company M.A.P. guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with store management and give feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and handle tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multitasking, following instructions, and working independently or within a team.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
