Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
