Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring merchandise is displayed effectively. Collaborating with team members and following company guidelines will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register, follow instructions, and work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
