Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team to deliver a superb shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
- Capability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
- Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages meeting state and local requirements.
