Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and ensure merchandise displays are appealing.
• Operate cash registers, assist customers with their shopping needs, and collaborate with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Physical requirements include stocking merchandise, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is preferred, and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to operate equipment, interpret company policies, and work efficiently both independently and within a team.
