Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in keeping our store organized, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
