As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and perform assigned duties diligently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and handling cash transactions
• Able to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable
