Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain document security
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma preferred; Retail experience is a plus
