Job Description

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate at our upcoming store location. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by providing outstanding service and assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, sharing feedback on products and customer interactions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
