Job Description

We are looking for a Management Team Member in North Pinellas County, FL, to join our Domino's team. This role offers a competitive salary of $14.50-$17.50 per hour, bonus eligibility, weekly pay, and benefits including Medical, Dental, and Paid Vacation (subject to eligibility requirements).

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in coordinating tasks and assignments for the team.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Support team development by setting an example and mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Encourage and recruit team members.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, and store cleanliness.
• Promote the Domino's image standards and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operational tasks and ability to train others.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and ingredient handling.
• Ability to prepare products efficiently and accurately.
• Complete inventory-related tasks and paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and equipment.
