Manager in Training

Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join Aldi, where you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for managing your own store. Responsibilities include supervising store activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while mentoring the team.

Position Type

Full-Time
Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $70,750 (inclusive of salary and bonus, varies by location)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and team performance.
• Communicate and uphold company values for teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store standards.
• Assist in hiring and training store staff.
• Manage schedules and staffing levels.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age: 21.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and lead a team.
• Understand and apply company policies.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
