We are looking for a motivated individual to join Aldi as a Store Manager Trainee. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of store operations to prepare you for a successful career as a Store Manager. From supervising day-to-day activities to developing operational strategies and mentoring team members, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure top-notch customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma.
• 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in a management role.
• Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and uphold company policies.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
