Job Description

Join ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. As a valued team member, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent service to our shoppers. This dynamic role offers varied tasks each day.

Position Type

Part-Time
Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate information
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents
• Perform cashier or stocking duties

Cashier Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional service
• Give feedback to management on products and inventory
• Adhere to cash policies

Stocker Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and rotate products
• Follow merchandising planograms
• Organize inventory and operate machinery safely

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to interpret company policies
• Effective communication and time management
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
