Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a superior shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
