Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivers exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist with shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
