Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi, where you will play a key role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and customers receive exceptional service. As a Full-Time team member, you will handle various tasks such as cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, handle cash transactions, and follow company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and perform general cleaning duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
