Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties and stock shelves with precision
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Operate cash register and adhere to established cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
