Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, operate cashier, and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, resolving inquiries and issues.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and report any discrepancies to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for efficient store operations.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
