Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, a leader in the retail industry. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to create an exceptional shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues to management.
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
