Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and well-presented. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of safely using equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
