Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by maintaining a clean and organized store, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Assist customers with shopping, stock shelves, and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Contribute to inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and handle equipment efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
