Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by maintaining merchandise, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall store operations.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain the store's appearance
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
