Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
