Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team, you will create a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves, arrange merchandise displays neatly, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate clearly with team members and provide feedback to the store management team.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Skilled in general cleaning duties and equipment operation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
