Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing cashiering duties and stocking shelves.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting shoppers.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively.
• Following company policies and procedures to maintain store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
