Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked effectively, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining product displays
• Providing outstanding customer service and assistance
• Collaborating with team members and store management
• Performing cash register operations accurately
• Following company policies for inventory management

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
