Job Description

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill orders from stores by selecting and handling incoming stock.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, preparing merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards through general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
