Job Description
We are looking to hire a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour and requires 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for receiving incoming stock, organizing and loading merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise and prepare for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and carry items throughout the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
